Is the property family-friendly?
Yes, our properties are designed with families in mind. We provide amenities such as Pack ‘N Plays and High Chairs upon request. The outdoor areas are also great for kids to explore, and we are located near family-friendly attractions.
Are pets allowed?
We have a pet-friendly policy. There is a $200 pet fee per pet. We allow a maximum of 2 pets under 50 pounds.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies by listing. On most listings, we offer a 100% refund until 30 days before check in and a 50% refund 7 days before check-in.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available for free at all of our properties. Please do not park on the street.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. Availability can be checked on our website, and bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance. We do make exceptions for some guests who want to book more than a year in advance.
Do you offer discounts for extended stays?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for weekly stays.
What activities are nearby?
Do you provide cleaning services during my stay?
For short stays, we do not provide daily cleaning services to respect your privacy. However, for longer stays, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with our cleaning companies for an additional fee. Please contact us if you need this service.
What do I do if I need help during my stay?
Our business hours are from 8AM to 9PM EST. You can contact us via phone, email, or text for any questions or concerns during your stay.
Are there any house rules?
Yes, we have a few rules to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests:
- No smoking inside the property
- No parties or events without prior approval
- Quiet hours from 10:00PM to 7:00AM
