Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, including the 5-bedroom main house, the separate 1-bedroom casita, and all amenities across the six private acres. There are no shared spaces.

We recommend having a car to make the most of your stay—Santa Fe is spread out, and our home is tucked away. Driving offers easy access to downtown (about 10 minutes).
🚗 Rental cars are available at the Santa Fe airport (15–20 min away) or Albuquerque airport (1 hr away).
🚕 Uber and Lyft operate in the area, but availability may be limited at peak times or in more remote parts of town.
🚲 For shorter trips, bike rentals and scenic rides are a fun option during warmer months.
🚌 The Santa Fe Trails bus system serves the city but doesn’t extend to Tano Road—best used if you're heading downtown after parking nearby.
* **Unique Horse Experience Next Door:**
A private horse ranch next door offers guided, mindfulness-focused experiences with horses in a peaceful setting. Activities may include gentle riding, groundwork, and relaxation sessions, or guests can simply observe and take photos; visits can be arranged upon request and are operated separately with applicable additional charges.
* **Occupancy:**
The property sleeps a maximum of 16 guests. Please note there is a limit of 10 guests aged 6 and older.
* **Indoor Pool:**
The indoor pool is available for your enjoyment year-round and is professionally maintained. The temperature is kept in the low 80s Fahrenheit.
* **Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:**
These requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please inquire at least 24 hours in advance. If approved, an additional fee will apply.
* **Deliveries & Lost Items:**
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items, nor can we accept packages delivered to the property before your arrival or after your departure.
* **Travel Insurance:**
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including weather, illness, or travel disruptions.
* **Pets:**
Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!
* **Damage Waiver:**
A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
