We prioritize your privacy and comfort. Our team is available via the booking platform or phone if you need anything during your stay, but we will not be on the property. The home is equipped with self check-in, allowing you to start your vacation seamlessly and without interruption.

We strongly recommend having your own car during your stay. Oak Creek Oasis is within driving distance of Sedona’s main attractions, trailheads, restaurants, and scenic landmarks, but drive times can vary during weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods.
Car Rental
A car is the easiest and most reliable way to explore Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, nearby trailheads, restaurants, and day trips. Rental cars are available at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and in the Sedona area.
Shuttle Services
Shuttle services are available for airport transfers, local tours, and day trips, including routes between Phoenix, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon.
Taxis & Ride-Sharing
Uber and Lyft may operate in the Sedona area, but availability can be limited or inconsistent, especially during peak periods or later in the evening. We recommend planning transportation in advance rather than relying solely on rideshare.
* **Pool Heating:**
Pool Policy: Pool is available from March 1st to December 1st. Pool may be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $120/night. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.
* **Early Check-in/Late Check-out:** These may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.
* **Pets:** Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!
* **Garbage Disposal:**
Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all trash. Do not place loose garbage into the outdoor cans.
* **Deliveries & Personal Items:**
We are not responsible for any packages delivered to the property or for personal items left behind after checkout.
* **Travel Insurance:**
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances.

* **Damage Waiver:**
A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
